This is a gift to anybody who reads it and I can't wait to read the book and/or take the class now. Until then, this has given me both insight as to what is going on with my three and half year old as well as tools to deal with the aggresion..or parent more lovingly to avoid the aggresion altogether. I'm so excited, I can't wait for the kids to wake up! I'm so glad you found it and that it has given you some new hope for your son. I found the Power to Parent course life-changing in terms of my parenting. I can't recommend it enough, and hopefully the breakdown of the other sessions in this blog will give you even more ideas.

I love that your soul is happy dancing. Writing can feel very solitary until you connect with someone who can benefit from what you have learned, and then it becomes exciting again.

I'm still blogging daily but over at my website now at http://www.julianneharvey.com. Come find me there and I'd love to hear an update on your relationship with your son as you put some of these ideas into practice!Julianne Harveyhttp://www.julianneharvey.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3223219505227837036.post-26051342841623123652011-11-14T06:36:28.222-07:002011-11-14T06:36:28.222-07:00Thank you, thank you, thank you SOOOO much for sha...Thank you, thank you, thank you SOOOO much for sharing this ... I have been looking for 6months for answers to my 6 year old boy's aggression. I always thought frustration was behind it. This explains it all so well .. you have no idea I how happy I am (my soul is happy dancing .. my body would too if it wasn't nearly midnight and I didn't need sleep!!)
He's been close to being taken out of school, but this gives me real hope. I'll stop before I get gushy!! Love from Karen, Mum in Queensland to 6yr old boy and 14 yr old girl.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
